        Just saw an option in settings to use program defaults per workout or present most recent workout’s data user has entered — or “ask each time”. Maybe this will work? Either way, this setting should be made way more obvious.

        I agree.. I cannot even find my logged weights/reps for recurring exercises. At minimum, this should be easily accessible and at best, "personal record/ most recent" should appear with the cue for an exercise within a workout.

        this is a must. also a program that would steadily increase your weight automatic per training session.
